If you are looking forward to the summer season, there's a high possibility that an intrinsic excitement for Summer Fridays and long weekend refreshments linger on your mind. Although we have quite some time until we can fully immerse ourselves in the happy-go-lucky attitude summer season provenders call for, I thought I'd share one of my most favored cocktails.

The finest mixed drinks are usually the most effortless. The playful, and simple signature Grey Goose cocktail, Le Fizz, is a youthful vodka grounded drink with overtones of lime, and elderflower. No matter what your preference is, the very delicious sweet/sour cocktail is for everyone.

A toast to sweet/sour cocktails we can all drink to, and make at our own convenience.

Le Fizz

1 1/2 parts Grey Goose vodka
1 part St. Germain elderflower liqueur
3/4 parts fresh lime juice
2 parts chilled soda water (Preferably Perrier)

Add Grey Goose vodka, St. Germain and lime juice into a cocktail shaker. Then top with cubed ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into a chilled flute and charge with soda water. Garnish with a Grey Goose stirrer.
