Varsity | Plaid Bomber
Amid the numerous pieces I look forward to styling once fall arrives every year, my bomber jackets are on the top of that list. A bomber jacket is an easy go to layering piece that goes with anything for a laid back and relaxed setting. The piece is very adaptable and this is one of the many ways you can dress it up. Something about a well made bomber jacket oozes sophistication and masculinity that can carry you all year round.
Most bomber jackets feature leather and quilted detailing but the bomber I am wearing in this post is wool blended. Similar to a varsity jacket, it is very soft and warm which is perfect for the fall. It's great because while you are keeping warm and covering up, your shoulders and legs are still accentuated which is perfect if you are trying to emphasize your body type. It is also considered a transitional piece because it is very well fitting for all the seasons. Whenever you get tired of your denim or leather jacket, you can always throw on a bomber.
